Confidence Kickers – quick & easy ways to boost your own & other people’s confidence.

Find A Structure

A structure is anything you can visualize or actually touch – such as a rabbit’s foot, a picture or a song. Something that makes you feel good on demand and reminds you you’re OK and will survive, if not thrive. Athletes often carry a picture of themselves winning so they remember they did and can. Some have lucky pre-competition routines such as they may swing their arms or equipment. It not only warms up their bodies, but it also gets their brains thinking “I got this”. Using a simple structure, you can too.

Now get out there and kick up some confidence!
